How To Book
To book online, please visit the What's on section and follow the links besides the show you'd like to book. Online bookings are routed through our ticketing partner, Tickets.com and subject to a £1 per ticket handling fee. Our online system displays the latest availability. Please note that if you are holding seats online, the Box Office are unable to process these for you. Friends concessions are not yet available on line. All online bookings will be kept at the Box Office for collection.

Prepaid tickets can be collected from the Box Office as soon as they are booked. Please bring the card on which they were paid for with you. If you booked online, please bring you confirmation print out. Please note the Box Office can get extremely busy in the run up to a performance so please arrive early if possible.

Tickets reserved must be confirmed by payment within three working days or by one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. We reserve the right not to accept reservations.
We regret that tickets may not be refunded once purchased. Programme, seating and casting alterations are at the discretion of the management. The management reserves the right to revise the pricing of an event without notice.
If requested, tickets are posted second class within two working days. There is a 50p charge for this service per transaction. Should you wish to have you tickets sent, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking. Members are exempt from paying postage charges.
Gift vouchers for any amount are available from the Theatre Royal Box Office. They are redeemable against all Theatre Royal productions and valid for one year.
