Theatre Royal Windsor is one of the most historic and prestigious theatres in the country and we want to make sure that your visit to us is as enjoyable as possible in every way. Inevitably for a theatre of this age, the programme of necessary repair and restoration work is extensive. Money contributed to the Restoration Project will be directly used to improve facilities in the theatre. More details will be coming soon of other ways that you can support our Restoration Project.

Reductions

Please notify the Box Office at the time of booking, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one concession can be applied per ticket.

There are no reductions offered on Royal Specials or Circle Row J. View our seating plan.

Reductions are generally available Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday matinee.

Recognised Concessions

Friends, Theatre Card Holders, Senior Citizens, IS 40 holders, full-time Students, Children and the registered disabled: £3 off Stalls, £2 off Circle.

Group Rates

Parties of 10+ £3.00 off each ticket
Parties of 20+ £3.50 off each ticket
Parties of 40+ £4.00 off each ticket.

School Parties and Youth Groups of 20+ Best available seats for £10.

Student Standby Best available seats for £10 (a valid NUS card must be presented).

People with Disabilities

Please notify the Box Office at the time of booking.

	Described performance to the visually impaired usually on the final Saturday matinee of each production.
	The Sennheiser Hearing System for the hard of hearing. Amplifier headsets are obtainable for each performance (for a £5 returnable deposit)
	Wheelchair spaces, adapted toilet facilities and ramped access to the foyer are all available.

Refunds

We regret that tickets may not be refunded once purchased. Tickets may be exchanged within the same production for a £5 fee per transaction. Tickets to be returned to the Box Office a minimum of 48 hours before the performance. Programme, seating and casting alterations are at the discretion of the management. The management reserves the right to revise the pricing of an event without notice.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for any amount are available from the Theatre Royal Box Office. They are redeemable against all Theatre Royal productions and valid for one year.
